HANDLING PARMESAN CHEESE: HERE IS OUR SOLUTION!
The cycle involves a daily handling of 200 forms to be inserted in the tubs and the same number to be removed and placed on the trolleys. It is necessary to enslave various tanks, therefore the manipulator must be easily moved by means of a transpallet. In addition, the brine and the food environment require particular attention to the problem of corrosion and cleaning.
ATIS has developed a rigid arm manipulator model ATISferax completely in stainless steel to resist corrosion and allow adequate cleaning.
The manipulator has been completed with a gripping system with a perforated sheet metal fork with a grit shape fixing system.
The operator can manually take the grain into the brine tank by placing it in the "cradle" and depositing it on the shelves of the trolley by sliding it or vice versa. The manipulator is equipped with a self-stable base that allows it to be moved within the processing room, easily with a simple transpallet.
