The ATISmirus 100 model is a weight setter completed with a pneumatic gripper tool for lifting and handling plastic reels.
Thanks to the external diameter gripper tool, the reel is picked up from a work surface, lifted and handled at different angles and then placed on the pallet. By implementing this load balancer at the workstation, the operator will avoid any musculoskeletal problems associated with handling heavy loads.
ATIS, thanks to its highly specialised technical staff, constantly studies ergonomic and safe solutions suitable for moving and handling loads of all types. In the case presented, the industrial pneumatic manipulator allows the lifting of bulky reels weighing over 40kg.
The zero gravity balancers or manipulators manufactured by ATIS guarantee the integrity of the product, this means that the reels will be lifted and handled without being damaged and allows a significant increase in safety and consequently productivity.
