The ATISmirus 100 weight balancer is a pneumatically driven industrial manipulator complemented by a suction cup tool for picking up fabric rolls.
The work cycle starts with the pick-up of the roll placed on a support surface. The product is then lifted and finally released onto the reference pallet.
Using our Zero-g manipulators, the fabric roll will be handled without being worn or damaged in any way. ATIS industrial pneumatic manipulators are lifting aids for any type of product and are tailor-made according to the needs of the sector and the working environment in which they will be inserted thanks to the customised development carried out by our in-house technical department.
ATIS's focus is to ensure the correct ergonomic functioning of its weight zeroers so that any problems or musculoskeletal damage to operators at workstations can be remedied. By using ATIS weight zeroers, the standards prescribed by the European reference directive 90/269/EC and the national regulations that implement it will be achieved.
