Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), Atis S.r.l., located at Via Trento 112/114 – 38017 Mezzolombardo (TN), as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data provided through this form (name, surname, email, phone number, message, and curriculum vitae) will be processed exclusively for the purposes of personnel search, selection, and evaluation.
Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be processed to:
- assess your application for open job positions;
- manage interviews or communications related to the selection process;
- archive your CV for future selections, if expressly authorized.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is lawful because:
- it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b GDPR);
- it is based on consent, in case authorization is requested to retain the CV for future selections (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a GDPR).
Processing methods
Data will be processed in accordance with principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality, both manually and electronically, by authorized and properly trained personnel.
Data retention
Data will be retained for the time necessary to evaluate the application and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy or with specific consent for longer retention.
Nature of data provision
Providing data is mandatory to evaluate the application. Refusal to provide such data will result in the inability to consider the application.
Data recipients
Data will not be disclosed. It may be communicated only to third parties appointed to process data on behalf of the Controller, in compliance with current regulations (e.g., labor consultants, IT service providers), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time, including:
- access to your data,
- rectification or update,
- deletion,
- restriction of processing,
- objection,
- data portability,
- withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until that moment),
- right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
