Low Impact Products

ATIS manipulators are manufactured and packaged using over 95% recyclable ferrous materials. They operate without emissions, thanks to their compressed air power source.

The total absence of electronic components reduces environmental impact, eliminates materials that are difficult to dispose of and facilitates recycling at the end of their life cycle. A robust, ergonomic and sustainable design that improves the entire life cycle of the equipment.

Main benefits:

  • fewer complex materials (no electronic boards or rare earths)
  • greater durability
  • reduced maintenance
  • easy recycling thanks to the prevalence of separable metals

Class A+ Facility Powered by Renewable Energy

The Mezzolombardo site is Class A+ and incorporates technologies that reduce consumption and emissions:

  • 370 kW photovoltaic system → covering 90% of requirements; the remaining 10% from local hydroelectric sources
  • Floors and roofing in laminated wood, a natural and renewable material, linked to the Trentino/Alpine building tradition
  • Roof with 30 cm insulation package for maximum energy efficiency
  • Geothermal air conditioning, with total and clean reintroduction of the water extracted
  • Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (HRV)
  • Natural lighting with insulated windows + dimmable LEDs
  • Offices with radiant panels and home automation consumption management

Sustainability, safety and responsible governance

Cleaner Air and Efficiency 4.0

Fume extraction system compliant with Industry 4.0 principles:

  • motor with inverter
  • smart hoods active only during processing
  • extracted air returned under the floor, without heat loss
  • air-conditioned departments all year round

Benefits:

  • natural CO₂ absorption
  • increased biodiversity
  • architectural integration into the landscape
  • enhancement of local identity

ATIS hosts the works of Trentino sculptor Paolo Tait.
His sensitivity towards nature and matter creates a symbolic bridge between:

  • landscape and technology
  • local culture and innovation
  • industry and Trentino identity

His works enrich the company’s spaces, making them more human, expressive and in dialogue with the territory.

Waste and Resource Management

We implement structured separate waste collection and correctly manage special waste (ferrous, wood, aluminium, sand) through authorised operators, with compliant EWC classification.

Let’s design your handling solution together.
