Installation Versatility for Every Industrial Setting

All ATIS pneumatic manipulator models offer a wide range of configurations and construction variants, allowing optimal integration into any production environment.
Each solution is tailored to the available space, required working radius, and production cycle.

Fixed Floor Column

This configuration anchors the manipulator to the floor and is ideal for established work cycles.
Self-Standing Baseplate

The self-standing baseplate allows the manipulator to be moved between workstations using a pallet truck or a forklift.
Available with an integrated pallet truck, including electric options.
Self-Standing Baseplate on Floor Rail

This configuration allows to cover a large working area, enabling the manipulator installed on a self-standing baseplate to slide along the floor.
Offset Column – Fixed or Rotating

The offset column version is designed to adapt to environments with specific requirements, such as obstructions in the working area or particular customer needs. It also allows for an extended radius.
Fixed Overhead

Installation of the manipulator on the ceiling in order to reduce the obstruction in the working area.
Overhead Sliding on Railways

This configuration allows coverage of large working areas by sliding along overhead railways.
Overhead Sliding on Bridge Crane

Allows coverage of wide workspaces by sliding along an overhead crane.
Fixed overhead on column

Support structure to be fixed onto an existing column for the installation of the pneumatic manipulator. This solution ensures a working area free from obstacles and obstructions.
