Industrial pneumatic manipulator for stone road kerbs

The ATISmirus 500 weight balancer is a pneumatically operated manipulator complemented by a suction cup tool for gripping stone road kerbs.
Industrial suction cup manipulators for handling various products are manufactured entirely by ATIS . The study and design of the lifting systems is carried out by an in-house technical department that develops gripping solutions with suction cups according to customer requirements.
In the case presented with the weight suction cup gripper, the customer needs to perform the work cycle in two ways.
In the first case, the stone kerb is lifted with the suction cups and tilted slightly forward, rotated 180° and then released horizontally.
In the second case, the stone kerb is always picked up with the ATIS suction cup manipulator and released vertically.
By using our ATISmirus 500 industrial pneumatic manipulator model, the operator will not suffer musculoskeletal injuries due to manual handling of loads.
The primary goal for ATIS is to improve the condition of the operators, thus allowing the achievement of the standards prescribed by the European Directive 90/269/EC and the national regulations that implement it.
