The ATISmirus 100 pneumatically operated weight balancer is an industrial manipulator also known as a weight zeroiser that we have implemented with a pneumatic gripper tool for gripping cantilever brackets.
The work cycle involves the horizontal gripping of the shelf placed on the carriage with the U pointing upwards, it will be tilted and released in a vertical axis on the welding machine. After welding, the product will be picked up again and released onto a support. The process concludes with the last gripping of the shelf on its side and its release onto the pallet horizontally.
The feasibility study is carried out by the technicians, who transform customer requirements into concrete, tailor-made projects.
The ATISmirus 100 weight zeroiser will allow operators to work in total safety and ergonomics, avoiding all the problems associated with lifting loads. By doing so, ATIS will be able to achieve its primary objective, which is to improve the safety of workers and thus also meet the standards required by European Directive 90/269/EC and the national regulations that implement it.
