The ATISmirus 100 weight setter is a pneumatically driven industrial manipulator with a fork tool that allows reels to be picked up from a cabinet.
The work cycle involves gripping the reel from a cabinet at two heights. After anchoring the cabinet profile, the operator will roll the reel onto the forks of the tool to be handled. Finally, the product will be released onto the unwinding machine.
Excessive lifting and handling of 50 kg weights can be eliminated with the ATISmirus 100 model designed specifically to eliminate musculoskeletal injuries, thereby increasing safety and ergonomics at workstations.
