Industrial pneumatic manipulator for boilers and boxes containing boilers

ATIS has designed and developed a specific gripping system to allow a single operator to remove the boilers from the production line and place them in a box. Once inserted into the box, it will be possible to pick up the complete package and place it on the shipping pallet.
Thanks to our qualified staff, we produce weight zeroers with gripping systems designed ad hoc for each type of product and production cycle, satisfying the needs of manual handling of loads and guaranteeing a solution also to the requests for lifting and moving in the most particular spaces of our customers.

With the tool attached to the ATISacer 150 gripper manipulator, we have solved the need to handle 70 kg boilers with just one operator!
