The weight balancer model ATISmirus 300 is a pneumatically operated load lifter complemented by a suction cup gripping tool that allows the handling of copper coils of different weights and diameters.
ATIS load lifters allow the movement and handling of copper coils in total safety and ergonomics for the individual operator.
The primary purpose of ATIS is to optimise the production cycle by minimising the risks associated with operators lifting excessive weight.
Moving 200 kg of coils from one work area to another is easier and safer using the ATIS branded suction cup gripper designed specifically to facilitate the movement and handling of loads while minimising weight by meeting the conditions for each individual operator.
The ATIS suction cup gripping system allows the reel to be picked up horizontally from the shaft equipped with a pusher and then tilted vertically for depositing the product on the pallet or in the skip.
For the handling of the different diameters, different suction cups have been realised and the ATIS gripping system is implemented with an interchangeable end part.
