Testing
All ATIS manipulators before delivery to the customer, are subjected to rigorous testing in both test conditions typical working ones and in a state of extreme use to check overall performance , with wide margins of safety for the user.
When a new manipulator is designed, specialized ATIS personnel performs primarily a series of virtual tests with special programs the technical office uses.
The prototype, once approved in terms of quality and safety, goes into production. Each processing step is then certified and once achieved, the individual machine is subjected to further verification tests before being delivered to the customer.
All of these acceptance tests show that it is a priority for ATIS to achieve high safety and quality standards that can satisfy even the most demanding customers.
