Since the foundation ATIS has decided to offer to its customers high quality equipment finalized to customer satisfaction and productivity development .
The foundations of this philosophy are:
- pursue and follow a quality system, complying with the regulations of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008;
- couple ATIS's name and high quality;
- put customer satisfaction as main aim;
- optimize internal resources to reduce mistakes and late deliveries;
- working complying with national and international law.
The effort to optimize internal working procedures allowed ATIS to receive in only 2 years the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

This following, ATIS is determined to reach these targets:
- Coordinate all internal procedures making sure of achieving maximum security during all working stages
- Improve the internal organisation, working environment and technology in order to elevate production efficiency and quality standards
- Reduce the internal nonconformities
- Guarantee a product that for efficiency and functionality completely satisfies customer's expectations and fulfils contract's terms and conditions
- Respect delivery terms
- Reduce prices and optimize costs
- Keep a close contact with suppliers to allow a productive relationship and also to optimize the external processes
- Involve all workers in the internal quality procedures
- Optimizeall the activities of the productive chain, involving the whole staff through the business concept of internal supplier/customer
To obtain these results ATIS has decided to adopt a quality management system
that provides a full involvement of the internal structure.
All staff is trained, in fact, to properly carry out its tasks and is called to participate in relation to their responsibilities, to achieve the quality standards decided by the company.
